Tammy was our server for a larger party and she did amazing! Food & drinks were great and we got to be in a semi private room which was also nice.

Had a great experience at Novara! The pasta was fabulous--great flavor and generous portion sizes. The scallops were cooked to perfection, and the drink pours were solid, which is always a plus. The focaccia was good--nicely toasted, though I felt it could've been a bit more flavorful, so I'd probably try a different small plate next time. The service was attentive, even with how busy it was. Highly recommend making a reservation--the place was packed, especially the bar area. We saw a few people trying to grab a table or bar seat without one, and they ended up waiting a while. The atmosphere is super cool--the space used to be an old movie theater, and they project black-and-white films on the back wall, which adds a unique touch. Definitely a great spot for a night out, and I'll be back to try more of the menu!

We went here for a family dinner during the holidays and we were blown away! Before we even got there we were impressed by the menu. The food was so good, we got the focaccia and calamari as apps and then various main dishes. The chicken and broccoli pasta was a favorite. The inside is huge and really cute. The service was fast and we really had no complaints, will definitely be going back again!

Nice Italian restaurant in Milton - big, open dining/bar area with cool architecture and design. Big bar seats a lot of guests, and the open kitchen was fun, too. We were lucky enough to sit in a semi-enclosed side area so it wasn't so noisy, but for those seated in the main room, it can be a little loud. Service was excellent - food came quickly and drinks were re-filled regularly. Tried a wide range of appetizers and mains (Mediterranean plate and fried cauliflower apps were the best; and all of the mains were a hit). Parking is the only drawback here - very limited parking nearby. Give yourself extra time to find parking if you are coming here when it's busy, you'll need it.

I really love this place! The Italian food is is on the B+/A- side - especially for the area. What I really love about this place is the vibe. It's hopping several nights a week and the servers/bartenders are always great. I usually get some sort of martini and I have consistently had amazing drinks. I've brought so many friends here and they've always had a great time. Going back to the food - you can't go wrong with staples like pizza or the chicken parm, but my absolute favorite is the lobster fra diavolo. They give you so much lobster and the sauce has just the right amount of kick. I always have leftovers when I come here, but only because the portions are large. A tip: make reservations or come early - especially on a Friday. Even single bar seats are hard to find!

I've probably driven by Novara thousands of times & have never actually thought about dining here. To sum my visit up, I'd say this is a cute local spot if you don't wanna go into the city but did not enjoy the strange behavior from staff. What we ordered: -salmon -pappardelle bolognese -swordfish w/ lobster special -margarita pizza -fish & chips -chocolate mousse with raspberry jam Food took a little long to arrive but it was worth the wait. They plated our dishes very nicely & taste wise, pretty solid. Service: It was my mother's birthday and it wasn't acknowledged by any of the workers, including when we got dessert + after mentioning it. When first arriving to go inside to check in for our res, we had to wait 15 min, but were told only supposed to be a 2 min wait. Food: 3.8/5 Service & Staff: 2/5

Fabulous dinner Monday night at Novara with a friend. At 5pm the restaurant and bar were both busy. The room is well lit, clean, and easy to access. We were shown to a table with comfortable chairs. Our waitress was available but not hovering. We each ordered salads with meat toppings: Shrimp for my friend, and Chicken for myself. We enjoyed our salads and conversation; no attempt to hustle us out as the restaurant filled up. These were economical meals and well presented on the plate. There's off-street packing adjacent to the restaurant (free) plus ample on-street parking (also free.) We agreed we'll be back to sample more of the menu!

Always been a solid spot for drinks and steak! Haven't been back here in a bit but have celebrated a couple birthdays and friends gatherings here in the past. Parking is street parking which isn't too hard to find. Drinks are up there in price but the place is on the classier side. Usually go for the fried calamari, crispy as long as you eat it when it comes out hot it's in pasta sauce with an aioli drizzle over it. Calamari is my jam. When in the mood their pizzas are yummy i go for the cacciatore pizza (ground Italian sausage peppers, onions, and red sauce. Ask the server for crushed red peppers and garlic powder and we good to go! The sausage rigatoni and pappardelle bolognese are both yummy, pasta al dente and seasoned well. Haven't had a bad experience here yet so will be back for the next occasion! Nice lighting spacious area, big bar. Good local spot
